Gap closure can be accomplished with crowns or veneers. This patient had her cosmetic work done while under nitrous sedation.

This young lady had bonding two years prior. The bonding material is made of plastic that is glued on to the front of the teeth. As you can see the bonding stained around the edges and has poor esthetics in general. 

The after photo shows her smile 2 1/2 hours later. We used our CEREC machine to design and mill the ceramic blanks into the veneers and then bonded the veneers to the prepared teeth.
